New details revealed on Disney wish Water play area

Disney Cruise Line has announced details of a new aquatic playground that will be aboard its new ship, Disney wish.

The Toy Story Splash Zone will feature characters like Woody and Buzz reimagined as giant bath toys, and will feature pop jets, toddler slides, and splashers.

Wish will also include a wading pool with a waterfall and a double loop slide for the whole family.

The ship is expected to debut in June 2022.

MSC Cruises announces new crossings in the Baltic Sea

MSC Cruises announced new crossings in the Baltic Sea on board MSC Seaview from July 3.

The ship will visit Visby and Stockholm, Sweden, as well as Tallinn, Estonia. The MSC also said more ports could be added to the route.

The trips will operate round-trip from Kiel, Germany, and will continue through September.

Holland America and Princess Ships Dock in San Diego

Holland America and Princess ships are expected to dock in San Diego this week so crew members can be vaccinated.

Wednesday, Koningsdam arrived at the port, where Sharp Healthcare employees boarded the ship to administer the first dose to 126 crew members. Later that same day, vaccinators traveled by boat to administer the shot to 144 crew members on board. Princess Royal, which was anchored offshore.

Today, 179 crew members on board Noordam will receive the vaccine.

In about three weeks, all three vessels will return for the second dose.
